    Are you trying to get into the long drive competitions. The average swing speed on the LPGA is 95 and very few reach 100.

    Why are you doing goblet squats? It has such a short ceiling for gains compared to back or front squats as your wrists,arms shoulders will tire before the the muscles you're actually targeting with a squat.

      Goblets work more muscles, arms/grip etc. She's training as a sportswoman to play golf, not bodybuilding, so different exercises for different targets I guess.

      Same reason I never do olympic lifting, powerlifting style 1RMs or explosive step ups etc as im just in the gym for aesthetics, so personally stick to bodybuilding style stuff, but hers will be more focused on golf and longetivity etc etc

      @richard99cookify goblets don't work grip they flex the wrist. There's nothing being targeted here which wouldn't be targeted on a front squat, with easier access for progressive overload. The idea is to get stronger, everyone can do a bigger barbell squat than a goblet squat..

      @@streamleazefishhouse Sorry my friend but getting stronger for golf needs a different approach than getting stronger for body building. They are two completely different things so it appears that you have not done much golfing. The same also holds true for such things as sprint racing canoe/kayak flatwater, they need similar training as golfers. One is often called training for speed and the other as training for bulk.

    At 5.25, Mia don't stand there looking at the camera, get down on the floor and follow what she is doing.
